Minimum booking of the apartment is two nights. The apartment accommodates a maximum of four adults. For couples with children the apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 people. If you want to rent the apartment for a month or more please contact us for prices. An additional flat fee of 550 d.kr. for water, electricity, heating, obligatory cleaning, internet, and personal packages including bed linen, tea towel, towel, and washcloth is added to the final rental price regardless of the duration of the rental agreement. Cleaning and personal packages are provided by a professional company to ensure the condition of the apartment and a high hygienic standard at all time.
If more than 4 persons, a fee of 75 Danish Crowns per night per child aged 3-11 will be added to the price e.g. four adults and two children or two adults and three children.
Apart from the fees mentioned above no additional fees apply.
How do I book the Berlin Apartment?
On the page named ’Booking’ you will find an online booking calendar where you can see when the apartment is available for booking. If the dates are not marked in blue the apartment is available and you may book it online then and there. To do this simply click on the arrival date and then on the departure date. Following this you will be asked to write your name, address etc. and continue. The moment you press ‘continue’ the booking is registered and you will later receive a booking confirmation from us with information concerning payment, keys etc.
If you don’t feel comfortable booking online you are welcome to contact us and we will book the apartment for you. Under the heading ‘Contact’ in the Menu you will find our contact information.
What happen when I have made a reservation online?
First you will receive a confirmation note by email from us. You will then be send payment information i.e. bank details along with some practical information which you may need ahead of arrival or during your stay.
How do I pay?
Payment can be done by home banking, other kinds of bank transfers or by check. Apart from the information we receive via home banking/bank transfers no other information is needed or exchanged during payment. As such no ‘direct’ exchange of bank- or credit information will take place or is needed. Payment of the full amount of the rent is usually to be made within 3 weeks of your arrival however a non-refundable deposit of 500 d.kr. is required from you within two weeks of your confirmed booking. Ask if in doubt.
How do I get the keys?
Unless other arrangements have been made we will send you the keys by mail ahead of your departure.
Arrival
Ahead of your arrival a professional cleaning company has cleaned and checked the apartment to ensure the condition of the apartment. This is done to ensure both you and us. Consequently, you are welcome from 4 p.m. and onwards.
Departure
The apartment is to be vacated no later than 12.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
