The apartment consists of a total of three bedrooms, hall, large bathroom including washing machine, dryer, shower and bathtub. In addition a new and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher has been installed in 2006.

The apartment is equipped with flat screen television, stereo, DVD-player and free cable-TV and wireless Internet free for use. The apartment is charming, large, light and tasteful furnished.

The apartment accommodates 4 people, however for couples with children the apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 people. Please contact us for special arrangements in this regard.

There are a total of six sleeping places in the apartment. An additional flat fee of 550 d.kr. for water, electricity, heating, obligatory cleaning, internet, and personal packages including bed linen, tea towel, towel, and washcloth is added to the final rental price regardless of the duration of the rental agreement. Both clearning and the personal packages are provided by a professional cleaning company. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or downstairs in front of the apartment complex. The apartment is located on the third floor. A lift is available for use. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
